CtuCopy 3 changes

v3.0   - initial version
v3.0.0  - better man page, included -fea_kind logspec, bugfixes
v3.0.1 - changed HTK kind to MFCC to be able to online compute Delta/DelDel 
         in other tools (for USER impossible)

		  added full definition of "-preset" macros to manual page
v3.0.9 - bugfix: feature kind logspec used to produce bad features 
		 in htk and pfile
v3.0.10 - fix in documentation and internal CtuCopy help printout:
		  2-pass spectral subtraction was presented as 2hwss, actually
		  implemented is (and works) 2fwss. Now everywhere only 2fwss.
v3.0.11 - bugfix: with remove_dc on, 1st spectral coeff floored to 1e-20
           (normally it would be zero and its log thus undefined)
        - bugfix: changed arch-dependent-sized variables in in.cc and out.cc
           to fixed-sized variables for I/O operations -> now declared in types.h
           (on some 64b archs I/O routines did not work properly)
